Can't complain at all about this hotel. We stayed in two different rooms because we came back to stay there a second time - the upstairs room had a little balcony and a great view. We shared a bathroom and the bathrooms were always clean. We missed breakfast cause we kept sleeping in too late, so can't rate that. Overall I'd definitely go back.

We probably had the smallest room in the whole hotel and it really was small. Breakfast is simple coffe and bread.

Excellent location and very good value for money. If you want a 5 star hotel its not for you. The continental breakfast is just cereal and rolls with coffee or tea etc but overall for a cheap holiday it cant be beat. I stayed en-suite but the communal bathrooms were numerous and very clean.

When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that they had rebooked into another hotel, which was a 5min taxi ride and not as central as the original hotel.

welcoming was awful, receptiontist (male) was rude, and room awful, wrong size for two girls sharing, expected twin beds, so very dissapointed, but next day things changed, room was changed and service greatly improved and we were much happier. this was our first time in Lison and think I would go back to same hotel. Service second day by all staff was far superior then day of arrival, and room change did make difference. Happy with location. Only had breakfast which was very basic but fine for us. Enjoyed holiday, thank you.

We would suggest the managment to also upload pictures about the cheaper rooms, because the one's on the site are nothing to do with the actual we slept in. It is very misleading.

the hotel does not look like the picture i think it was taken a while ago. the first night we had a small room but were able to change to a better one the following night, the staff most helpful. rooms cleaned and clean sheets every day, the hotel was close to the metro and trams and elavador. it was noisy as renovations being carried out on the building across street we were 2 teenage boys, myself and my 80 year old mother and we all found it fine, suitable for al types of people to stay

Good value for money hotel in great, central location. All decor a bit faded and rooms quite small and very basic but the location makes up for this. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very basic too but included in the price. We had an en-suite room with a balcony over Rua Augusta which was nice and quiet. The Baixa area is busy during the day but pretty peaceful at night as most people head for Bairro Alto for nightlife. The hotel is ideally placed for all main areas of downtown Lisbon.
