It's a great option to stay in Lisbon. 1 min from the metro that only takes 3 stops to get you into the heart of Lisbon. You could also walk to downtown - would take about 20-30 min of nice easy stroll. Staff was great - very helpful, friendly and nice. Spoke good English. Rooms are also nice - good size, clean and comfortable.

Although I have rated everything as good, the room was definately a big dissapointment. Nothing like the pictures on internet. It was very tiny and so was the bathroom.Neverthless I was hardly in the room. But next time I need to be bit more careful in selecting. Should have gone for a 4 star available at almost same price on the same website. Perhaps one cant go wrong with a 4 star.

This place is perfect for visiting Lisbon. Only 100 ft from a metro stop but tucked away from constant noice of cars and buses. Staff are fantastic. This is a great little secret with the best location. 5 minute metro ride from all key city center tourist attractions.

The Dom Carlos Park hotel was situated in a perfect location close to the park and public transport. The room was very clean the service was really good. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. I would heartily recommend this hotel

The hotel upgraded our room to a junior suite because of a low occupancy rate during the Christmas holidays and gave us a bottle of port and two cakes as gifts. Christian, a Canadian at the desk, continually went WAY beyond expected service. He even translated a Portugese doctor's report for me that helped my physician in the United States determine how serious a condition, diagnosed in Lisbon, was. A Metro stop is right next door; the hotel is an easy walk to many sights; the buffet breakfast is good; and we couldn't have asked for a better staff. Great value for the money in a major capital city.

Great hotel - rooms were very spacious, good location (central but still quiet) and the staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

General condition of the hotel is poor. Breakfast service almost non-existent. Restaurant recommendation dreadful.
