We stayed 7 nights and the room was absolutely fantastic. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is not in the city centre, but a short underground journey takes you there. The only criticism I have is about the rooms mini bar which is fare too expensive. My overall experience in that hotel was excellent.

The hotel was in the commercial area with not very much around it but it was only a 5 min taxi ride into the centre and taxi's are available outside the hotel all the time. The staff were very nice and ready to help you with places to eat and directions. The hotel room was huge, clean and of a high standard very good value for money. The bar area and food was excellant and we could not of asked for any more. We would definately stay again in this hotel when visiting Lisbon.

This hotel is a little out of town. It was recommended as an alternative to the Tivoli Tejo by Hotel Club as this hotel was full, but I was disappointed by the location and didn't find the surrounding particularly attractive or condusive to taking a walk around in the evening. Useful location for the zoo, but I was on business.

The concierge was excellent and delivered two football tickets. Also recommended an excellent reatsaurant. The pool was not great as it was overlooked by lots of other high rise hotels.

This hotel do not deserve a 5***** star category for sure. The room carpet was awful, with a lot of stains, the bathroom, was not "impeccable". The room maids start to make noise at early on the morning, and tried to get in my room twice while I was still there around 9:00, this is not a 5 ***** service for sure.
