Having researched the location of dozens of hotels choosing the Botanica was a hit!!. 2 mins walk from the Avendia da Liberdade (but steep, not ideal for disabled) Close to Metro and bus stops and only 3/4 mins to town centre and shopping areas. Staff great, breakfasts great!!! Will stay again.

Excellent breakfast with great variety, fresh fruits even with delicious ananas slices and pasteis de nata! Warm welcome at reception desk. Well centered and quiet enough. Our room was a little small perhaps because it was the last one. We might go back
