We took 3 rooms, all rooms had smell of urine, i reported to reception but they did nothing about it, also the hotel is in decoration and there is lot of noise.

Hard to judge as was undergoing renovation so limited facilities and maximum noise - reception variable depending on person -> managed to get reasonable room as booked on 3rd night of 4night stay (the 2nd night was really bad - stay away from anything ending -18 unless you like coffins! On the plus side the breakfast room had a great view and the room staff were excellent - timely service and immaculate rooms.

The room itself was good, partcularly the bathroom. However, even without the fact that renovations were onging (hammering etc starts well before 9am) it was one of the noisiest rooms I've stayed in. People in the corridors, lifts and bathroom next door were clearly audible. Also, the one operating lift broke down twice requiring a walk up the stairs through the renovations. I would recommend avoiding the hotel until at least the renovations are complete.

extremely rude service and the hotel was under contruction were were woken up every morning at 8:30 by banging. The staff lied and treated us even worse once we complained.

Breakfast buffet was not up to standard - and there was no restaurant, etc. Only a very small bar next to the reception counter. It was a hotel just for sleeping - nothing else.

We quite often stay at hotels both in Sweden and abroad and then preferrably use 4-star hotels. This, we regret to say, was our worst experience of a 4-star hotel - the rating should be a 2+ or a 3- at the most. It was like returning to the seventies, very oldfashioned and unmodern. The receptionist was not very helpful, but we are able to cope for ourselves so we managed, but how do people that really need help manage??? This hotel CANNOT be recommended other than for its location.

After staying in this hotel I walked away feeling disgusted.Staff were extremly rude and arrogant.My wife who was 10 weeks pregnant carried her own bags in and out upon checkout, while hotel staff watched.Hotel is next door to a major construction site, so if you are after piece and quiet ,you will have a better nights sleep at the train stn. Construction starts at 7am and finishes at 7.30pm. Breakfast is pathetic for a hotel that has a 4 star rating.

Can't believe it's a 4* hotel, more 3*. The furniture was old, soft parts had been refurbished, room definitely had 1960s feel . The wall table was like an ancient grey desk I had at work. This should have been removed along with the pine wood panel behind the bed - very dating. Heating took a while to work, as did hot water. I realise the hotel is prob. a 60s' edifice, has been refurbished, but the room (215)still looks old-fashioned inside. The price was ok. Staff - buisness-like.
