Breakfast very basic. Although not in a great location itself, it is only a short walk to many of the attractions and is well served by the buses and the metro.

The room had not been hoovered and the top sheet was unclean. Our door key was held together with sellotape. Overall poor service, and very disappointing breakfast. We couldn't wait to leave. You can do better!

Daytime front desk staff did not speak English. Night staff telephoned me at 3 AM to tell me that the people in the adjacent room counld not sleep because the water was running or the TV was too loud in my room. The call was made without first checking to see if noise was coming from my room. In my room, there was no running water, the TV was off and I was alone asleep until the telephone call and then could not go back to sleep because of a barking dog outside. I would not stay at this hotel again.

As usual breakfast was very poor.Tinned fruit salad instead of fresh fruit.No fruit available or fresh juice.very poor selection.

This was not a 3 star hotel. Personnel did not speak English. They could not give us any information. Elevator is very small and deteriorated. Bedding was terrible. On our first night I had to take off the sheets and bad cover and ask for the clean one, because the one on the bed was all over with spots. Rooms are very small. Carpet was dirty too. I would not recommend this hotel.
