We booked a double room but was given a twin. The room was old and nothing like the pictures they provided on this website. The shared toilet was stinky but the shower room was OK. Not very honest hotel overall. The location's excellent though.

I had previously stayed here about 18 months before, and at the time thought the hotel was looking a little tired. Whilst staying on this occasion the hotel was undergoing a complete refurbishment, with all rooms being given a refresh. Whilst there was some disruption the staff were very helpful and apologetic. This is a great hotel slap bang in the middle of Lisbon, a few meters from the AeroBus stop, the metro and the main tram routes. As a place to base yourself in the city this is excellent, though not if you are after the finer luxuries!
