Basic hotel at a good price, this is an overnight stay hotel but for longer visits go somewhere else. Located in a great position I would recommend it for short stays only.

I didnt know what to expect after reading other reviews but I stayed on the second floor and it was fine. didnt notice that much noise from neighbouring rooms. bathroom not that small either. Decent price for a very central location

As a group we had 4 twin rooms, 3 of which were of agood size with nice clean bathroom however one room was extremely small on the 6th floor and should be best avoided. Location excellent but breakfast is non descript and worth missing.

The girls on reception were very helpful, and thankfully spoke good English. The hotel itself is located right in the centre, a short walk from the main square. Rooms are fairly basic, but clean and well worth the price.

Bathroon was extremely small and there were signs of damp on the wall; paper peeling off. Room was also quite small.

The hotel room was small and the outlook dismal, certainly no more than a place to rest for the night. However, the staff were extremely polite and helpful, the hotel is within walking distance of Eurostar and situated very conveniently close to the centre of Lille. We would return there because of these factors.

On arrival had pleasant greeting, room was average. Next morning had a shower, more water outside the bath than in. Shower head leaked water runs down pipe, down over the end of bath and all over the floor. Breakfast was not inspiring, and receptionist couldn't be bothered to say farewell. Do not think it is worth the price they charge.

The previous guest had refolded a used bath towel and replaced it together with the other unused ones. I cannot hold the hotel as being responsible for this (mean) trick, but maybe things like this should be included in the checklist?

I'm afraid that my party checked out after only one night and moved to another hotel. Although the reception area was very nice and the staff extremely friendly, we were kept awake all night long by people coming and going in the adjacent rooms ( men bringing back prostitutes, having very noisy sex, then leaving again) During the night there were groups of people chatting noisily and drinking alcohol outside our rooms, and several times strangers banged on our doors - which I found extremely frightening as I was sharing a room with my 6 year old son. My parents were in a room on the same floor and they suffered exactly the same. The next morning we all checked out - disgusted and having had absolutely no sleep.

The room and bathroom were very small - in fact the spaces were so cramped that it was hardly possible to move: which is potentially dangerous. The weather was exceedingly hot and our room, on the top floor, was excessively warm and impossible to ventilate properly as the Lille mosquitoes are voracious. The staff were pleasant and helpful and produced insecticide sprays.
