this apartment was fantasic for us 2 adults and 2 children- the only down side was that we where unable to put the children in the bedroom and us in the living room as the windows where large and had a handle only with no locking facility, so we had to have 1 child with each adult in both rooms-we were on eleventh floor and the corner so veiws amazing, there was one night of inturupted sleep form the nightclub across the road on saturday night and it did stay open til 4 maybe 6am in the morning- thebedroom was not distrubed though. excellent and would definetly go back christmas maket was not as bigas we thought though and not one shop is open on a sunday so would go mid week to sat next time.

A hotel of this size needs more than two lifts. I had to wait well over five minutes for a lift back up to my room (on the 12th floor so I wasn't going to walk) after breakfast.

Excellent 100% could not find a fault if I tried with Citadines Lille.All the reception staff spoke good english.and Claude was most helpful by emailing pictures of the studio apartment for two people to me.The view from our 12th floor was tremendous,and the underground secure carpark was spotless very roomy with no exhaust smell.At 10 euro a day it is well worth the money.Providing Citadines can always accomodate us we would not look for accomodation anywhere else in Lille.5 Stars for everything

The studio apartment offers excellent accommodation for the family with 2 separate sleeping rooms and a kitchn. The apartment was perfect, we were very impressed. We only had problems finding the hotel, so check directions carefully. The pricing was reasonable. Definitely recommend it!!!

The hotel is close to the main station and the rooms are quite spacious. We were disappointed with the service at breakfast. At 8.30am there was not a vacant table for us to sit at. All the tables were piled high with dishes. The staff were in no hurry to clear away the mess.

1. Kitchen very small and very little utensils (if any) and pots and pans to be able to cook. 2. Supply kitchen cleaning products ie dishwashing powder and washing up detergent. We think people should have to supply most of their own things but not these. 3. No cot supplied even though it was requested. Receptionist spoke very little English so weren't in a position to ask for one. But room should be set up completely for your arrival so you don't have to chase things.
