My wife and I were very happy with the CCV. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the office was open 24/7. The Bistro was very reasonably priced and the food good. They even adjusted the menu to make it more diabetic friendly. The kitchen and laundry in our Villa was a great help when travelling. The best and cheapest accommodation we found in Tassie.

I thought it strange not to be given a tax invoice on check out. I returned and was told the figure charged to my credit card, but not any paperwork despite requesting it. This seemed most unusual to me. I travel a lot with work and pleasure and can never recall this happening previously, including when I have booked online with your service.

I have stayed in various accomodations while a regular visitor to launceston...This one is by far the best. Tasteful decore, privacy, excellent service and the most beautiful surroundings. A one kilometre stroll through beautiful landscape to casino and a free shuttle bus that will transport you there and back upon request 24 hours a day. Magnificent service. I look forward to spending more time there in the future. Tennis courts, swimming pool, childrens' playground, you may even spot a wallaby or two, I have, pizza pub, restaurant, beautiful spa rooms upon request and a casino next door. One can even go horseback riding. Fantastic spot and only 10 minutes from city and airport. I love it!

Good accomodation matched by great facilities. You need a car as it is 8 kms from the town. For a family worth the stay as provides a base away from vcity centre.

Good service and help re: transport to, and booking of restaurants and golf etc. Room a little gloomy due to dark wood finish. Peace only spoilt by other guests returning from the Casino at 3am and we were being awakened by car doors and loud voices.

As we were attending a show at the Country Club Casino, we were very impressed with the shuttle bus service offered between the Villas & Casino - free of charge and very prompt!

Unit in poor state of maintenance. Toilet leaking water on floor. Poor cutlery, bathroom looking worse for wear. Front door in poor condition, Uncomfortable lounge setting. Bedrooms ok.

A little closer to central Launceston would have been nicer, but excellent service running shuttle bus to Casino. Facilities wonderful, couldn't ask for more. Sprinklers in garden set on timer, watch out, we got soaked, no warning when they are to come on. Minor maintenance on villas required, more flyscreens, curtains falling off rods, cupboards not opening properly. Hot water service extremely noisy. Semi detached villas not soundproofed enough.

Although the check-in is 1 pm, the staff were very helpful in releasing a room earlier. The 24 hour reception is very helpful too. Very pleasant to have a private outside courtyard backing onto the golf course. I'd stay there again.
