Found the facilities offered at the club to be excellent. However, very disappointed with the price of the buffet breakfast. Around $17 for a selection of toast, cereal, fruit and drinks??? Over $20 if you wanted pancakes, bacon & eggs, etc! Very expensive unless you are one to over-eat! Otherwise all else was good. Would stay again, but not eat there!

room very small and overpriced. most other accommodation in tasmania includes breakfast as part of the price...here breakfast is extra even after paying over $200 for the room. i asked to be picked up from the airport; they refused. even though they have a shuttle bus, it only operates for staff. our room wasn't ready when we arrived; the toiletries in bathroom hadn't been replenished so i had the joy of opening a pack and finding a used razor...decor is tacky, both in room and throughout hotel. i would never stay there again although i would play golf there again.

The location is approx. 6 Kms from the CBD, however the regional setting with facilities and Golf Course are probably the best in the area for a quite relaxing stay.

The staff at the Country Club would have to be the most helpful and courteous that I have ever encountered. You were made to feel welcome and important from the time you arrived. They are a credit to themselves and the Country Club.

We were delighted with our stay at the Country Club and would highly recommend it. Beautiful surrounds, peaceful & relaxing. Staff, without exception, friendly and helpful. Could be a little better organised in restaurant LINKS particularly at breakfast. Delightful room, although not queen sized bed as expected & booked, although there was a double bed and one single, which solved the problem. (Having a king size bed at home could not possible use doulbe bed!).

From the door-man when we pulled up in our hire car at reception to finalising our bill we encountered fantastic staff and fantastic facilities. We had had an extremely disappointing flight with Qantas so to spend some time with you all at the Country Club Casino Launceston was the best thing that could have happened. Thank you to you all.

Easy access to a round of golf either early in the morning or late afternoon, in the summer. Excellent service from reception and porter.

If a golfer the Facilities go to very good Buffet breakfast was average and there did not appear to be many dinners of a night so the buffet dinner was not moving. Good cheap meals available in the lower section of the casino
