Fantastically convenient for one night stayover, especially the buggy ride from terminal to hotel. Check-in at the terminal was not operating, but made no difference to quick check-in. No Malaysia Airlines Enrich points awarded, as booked though agent (HotelClub) at preferential price. Great choice for early morning flights from KLIA.

International standard, but lacking compared to the Mandarin Orinetal in town. Beds were very hard, and there were little signs of wear-and-tear and dirt.

On the day we arrived they had opened a new booking desk within the arrivals terminal. The service was excellent - a troublefree booking. The breakfast buffet has to be seen to be believed. The pool, complete with miniature waterfalls, was the best we had ever seen.

Everything was very good, however it seemed none of the staff were in much of a rush to accomodate. When check out took more than 15 minutes and I mentioned I was concerrned about my flight, there was a bland apology, with no real change in urgency. Like most things in Malaysia, one should always leave extra time. Overall, it was a very good hotel, but I'm not sure if it merits the best Asian Airport Hotel.
