Excelent service with very nice personnel. I acidently left something then call the hotel and they send it through mail with no charge with priority mail. Nice breakfast too... Although the location is a bit far from city center, but the easily reach by public transport (bus stops exactly in front of the hotel). They even provide free shuttle to airport.

No airconditioning and room was unbearable all night. Just a small fan to plug in would have been desireable. Location to Kastrup airport very close.

great breakfast and good-sized rooms. As somewhere near the airport--with shuttle bus included-- this is a convenient place to stay (though not for downtown). Highly recommended.

Very friendly hotel, cininiently located near the airport. The transport can be provided free by shutle bus. It is quiet and clean.

Hotel is rebuilding, so it was untidy because of that. Breakfast was more scarce than one year ago. We got a single room in spite of our reservation first which was disappointing, but could change it immediately. Communications to Copenhagen quite good.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is undertaking a reconstruction, so it might be better soon.

We were disappointed by this property. It is in dire need of a makeover - carpets were stained in halls and rooms. The rooms were stuffy. Although sheets were fresh. The breakfast was adequate. Distance from the airport required a car which we had. For the price we found this inadequate.
