It was hard for me and my wife to see, that such a nice diamond in the Kandy is looking so ... - lots of people doing nothing - waiter watching TV a did not care about customers options - and many other small annyoments pavol

Average. The pool is very good, and the bar is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Get a room facing inwards, rather than out onto the noisy main street.

good Service , friendly and clean but need to improve provision in rooms; better pillows, more coat hangers and a sink plug!
