Feels old, dark and gloomey. Service is expecially bad and this is espeicially true for the caotic buffet breakfast served were everythimg form coffee to plates is difficult to find!!! I would rather spend mty money on a real 4* Hotel.

the hotel promotes itself as being close by to the shopping area of sandton city. it is not even close to the same. it would be a 20-30 minute taxi ride to the same. my taxi driver advised that he often had comments from customers about his problem. if i had of known i would have not chosen this hotel.

My Wife and i were not greeted. We had a problem with check in. We were not escourted to our room or helped with luggage.The room was priced 3 times at a different rate. We paid mor via EFT. R840.00 but recieved an invoice amount of R700 at check out. A bill was brought to us after breakfast which was already paid for when the EFT was done. Very Very poor service from the onset.

The Indaba is not a bad place. It's really a conference centre though. However it claims to be in Sandton, but is in fact at Fourways, over seven miles away from Sandton and the other side of the ring road. Without a car here you're really stuck.

The room itself is fine, however the sheet from both beds were used and have not been replaced. Also the floor in the hotel room and bathroom were obviously not cleaned before I entered the room. I have always suspected that some hotel do not replace the bedclothes after each visit, which was confirmed by visiting this hotel.

Nice rooms, lovely garden environment, well located to Fourways and surrounds and the staff are great. Will definitely stay at the Indaba again.

A large conference hotel but spread out and very nice with gardens and a great breakfast. My only gripe would be that for a conference hotel and the star rating I would have expected Broadband Internet in the rooms. I understood that it had internet access but it turned out to only be in the business centre. That was an inconvenient for me. As a hotel though. Very nice.
