FACILITIES: Three times the phone bell rang (at the time confirmed by an international caller) but when the receiver was picked up there was nothing on the line. Three phone messages subsequently left on the phone by thei nternational caller did not generate onto the actual phone-set in my room. SERVICE: Female reception staff were ubrupt, bordering upon rude! Fortunately the male staff more polite and helpful. A message, left with reception by the international caller to be passed on to me at check-out, was never passed to me. The international caller, whne they called after my check-out, was assured that the message had been passed on. Also, my wake-up call was never received, I had to call reception myself to confirm the time, as my watch had broken.

Staff need further training in some cases but are trying very hard to please. Excellent location near airport and casino make it a safe and convenient place to stay.

worth the stay, one of the best breakfast buffets i have seen, complimentary shuttle service every 20 minutes

Excellent hotel with many facilities of substantial casino complex attached. Well located close to airport with excellent transfer service.

Very good overall Hotel, location is fine if you need to stay close to the airport. But coming from USA looks a little like an unrefined imitation of Las Vegas.
