The hotel was clean through out and the service was great. Its location also makes it a perfect place to visit other tourist places by foot. Infact I left my car in their car park and walked all over the town. The breakfast was fantastic and had a wide choice of hot and cold food and drinks. We had to leave early and the hotel provided us with a packed Picnic parcel at no further cost. The facilities at the SPA was very good and the staff were very friendly. I will definetley stay here agin if in the area.

This hotel is in a good location, everywhere is in walking distance. It is a good, pleasent, comfortable hotel, but, I think it is nearer a three star than a four! I would stay here again. And I would not hesitate to say to anyone that you would not be disappointed if you stay at the Los Jandalos.

My room was on the ground floor next to a busy street, thus quite loud in the morning. Also the airconditioning was very loud during the day (up to 10pm). The TV set had only Spanish channels on, not even CNN. Unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was fine, although in an overheated downstairs room, with no windows.

Staff were very helpful (and spoke English well), but a little reserved- pretty much leaving you alone during your stay. The place was very clean and breakfast was good. The location was a little off the beaten path and it was easier to go into the city to find food than around the hotel. I would say this was more for business people than folks on holiday, it felt a bit impersonal. Downsides- lack of drink making facilities in the room and the complete hotel was no smoking

Nice hotel, a bit of a walk from the city center and the surroundings are not all that attractive. Hotel itself was good though, spent there the night before flying out. We arrived late afternoon, but hotel onsite restaurant provided us with a nice lunch, even though they were about to close.

This is a wonderful hotel. Although we had booked single rooms we were given huge doubles. The staff were really sweet and kind. Beautiful decor. Spa was in seperate building. Would definitely go back.
