Bar meals, useful when travelling with children, are not availabl;e early evening when English children need to eat. Making the Room Service menu available throughout the afternoon / early evening at the poolside would help enormously.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Guadalete. It was a pleasure to be able to choose our pillows! The reception staff were particularly friendly and helpful but all the staff were very professional and courteous. The bar closed at 12.00 midnight promptly and we would have appreciated being able to get a drink after this although we didn't pursue it! We could not use the pool due to the time of year (Feb)but the patio and pool looked lovely especially with all the oranges hanging from the trees round about it. The hotel is clean and warm and offers a large seating area in reception. Would recommend this hotel.

Everything was just great. When I arrived, however, they had me booked for 2 rooms, and I only booked one. They didn't make a fuss about it, but I did not get my credit card bill yet to check that I wasn't charged. It may have been a mistake in booking on the hotelclub site.

It was not peak season while we were there but there was a very limitted selection of food or drink by the pool and they were not accomodating, in fact we could not eat by pool between about 4pm and 8pm but had to wait for the restaurant to open. We had to return the key 4 times before we could enter our room as it was not programmed properly. Reception desk was helpful with directions though. It was an average stay, I was not particularly unhappy, but also not particularly impressed.

The swiming pool is available fom 0 to 7 pm. So you can´t use it in the morning. It´s difficult to find the hotel in Jerez. Must be provide a map. The breakfast is good, but dinner is bad. Rooms are large and clean. Recepcion service good.

I was very happy with the Hotel and would have loved to stay longer, it's very comfortable and warm. I could not have done better, even if I had stayed in a Parador.
