Positive: clean hotel, friendly staff, wireless LAN available. Negative: very small room, warm (aircon did not work properly), view from window on blind wall only a few metres away.

I recently stayed at the Kaya Prestige, the staff are very friendly. However the rooms are in need of some TLC and the facilities are a bit dated. Saying that the location is great and the hotel is only a small walk away from the Bazaar and sea front. Great place for weekend stay
