The Tan Hotel is excellently located in Sultanahmet, right beside all major attractions, but just 2 blocks back from all the noise, restaurants etc. perfect. THe rooms are new, clean and very well kept. Hotel staff are excellent - very friendly and helpful! Breakfast on the roof terrace is spectacular - especially if the weather is good.

We arrived very late (2:30am) and the receptionist was very nice and even carried our bags up the stairs. We had booked a double room but were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a suite. The location of this hotel is ideal to walk to most of the landmarks. This is a small hotel and they seem to take a lot of pride in it. It was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely stay there again. They also helped us with dinner places. The price was extremely reasonable also.

Nice place,rooms are modern and brand new. Perhaps they only need better organisation for the breakfast. P.S: I think the prices of the rooms are not more the same...The new web site of tan hotel offer new prices, now very expensive!
