We were not asking for much, the price was quite cheap for the season, but the hotel staff is very bad and when you are waken up twice during the night because one guy put on music while cleaning the breakfast room, it becomes an expensive prestation.

Our actual room resembled the photographs on the Hotel Stay Holiday webpage only in terms of color scheme. The room was so small that there were only inches on any side of the bed, and we found it impossible for two people to move around without one of us having to scramble over the bed or leave the room. The mattress was incredibly lumpy and clearly *not* the "new orthopedic" one the webpage reports. The air conditioner did not seem to work. There was no refrigerator. Our single window looked out on a shabby building three feet away, and virtually no light entered. The bathroom was not especially clean and was equally miniscule. We left this hotel one day early, incurring a charge in so doing, as we were just unable to tolerate a longer stay. I have booked four times now through venere.com and been enormously disappointed on three occasions. It is *always* possible to find better accommodations simply as a walk-up than venere offers, and at lower prices. Based on this experience I will never rent through venere.com again.

the smelling from the bathroom was very disgusting, and anything on the wall of the bathroom fixed over it was broken. Otherwise, the sounds around the room was very high especially the restaurants just below. But, the localisation of the hotel, the price and the service team were goods.
