Subject of a separate e-mail complaint to you. No record of our reservation on arrival. Very substantial building works in progress affecting major part of building - so no restaurant open and only makeshift reception/breakfast area with audible building underway behind sheet screening. Hot water supply cut off in day. Otherwsie fine!

The rooms are very small. And why don't they use their excellent top restaurant for breakfast, instead of the basement without any windows?
