When we arrived at the hotel we were disappointed that we had been given a twin bedded room. We asked at reception if we could be moved and they did so the following day. The staff at the hotel were all very helpful. The hotel is very well located.

Though our triple room was small, the hotel facilities were far superior to the two other hotels I stayed in whilst in Istanbul. Breakfast was fantastic!
