Good quality 4-star, brilliant room view of Jungfrau. Spoiled a little by cheap carpets on hard bedroom floors, only BBC Prime /CNN in 40 TV channels, deafening amplified piano bar. Avoid 14th floor rooms, noisy overhead.

It was a good hotel in the centre of Interlaken. The restaurants were awful, but there are some other good local restaurants. Room service was extortionate, and they tried to screw us for an extra room that we never agreed to pay for. Caution all!
