The room had a beautiful view of the mountains. The American style breakfast is excellent. The hotel is on the quieter end, a couple of minutes walk to Interlaken East train station, making it very easy to get to the ski towns such as Wengen and Grindelwald. For those who don't ski, there is plenty to do and see. We will defintely go back and stay here again.

Excellent breakfast buffet, lovely swimming pool, very good location close to Interlaken Ost station for transport to Grindelwald etc. Very comfortable.

Excellent hotel. Close to Interlaken eastern train station, only 4 minutes walk. Fantastic mountain view if you chose mountain view/ river view room. great breakfast. helpful staff. I would stay again.

We were only advised very late into our stay of the various menu options for dinner and were therefore not aware that a half board evening meal was available until the last evening. We did have the very expensive 4 to 6 course meal one evening that was over fussy, took over 3 hours to eat and prepared by a very young chef and team who enjoyed their atistic skills without much thought of the end result. We believe this may be the reason that the restuarant was almost empty every night with little atmosphere. Breakfasts were superb and waiting and bar staff exemplorary.

Hotel was ideally placed for Interlaken Ost Station. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and hotel was clean and well cared for. Food in the restaurant was excellent both at breakfast and dinner.

Very nice hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel was very good. Only a few minutes walk for Interlaken Ost train station, so very convenient.
