The Hotel is very nice and comfortable, with in walkable distance from Interlaken OST station. It would have been better if they have provided free internet access.

There is a problem with flies especially in dining area which can be very upsetting.This problem could be easily solved by some basic hygeine improvements.The food is excellent which is offset by constantly brushing flies away from your plate.

The hotel & services were good. However, we wanted to add one more night to my booking 3 day before my arrival. Firstly, we was not able to do it on net, neither on your or hitels site. Finally when we contacted hotel, they charged 200/per room swiss franc for the same room instead of 160/per room we gave for the 2nd night. Its shocking, to pay more for taking a extra product/room!! regds sanjay

We had a great stay in this hotel in December 07. The staff couldn't have been nicer. We had a wonderful room and it's just a short walk from main shopping area. The hotel itself has a gorgeous interior and is steeped in history. We ate in the restaurant in the evening time and the food was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.
