Its not value for money. The standard rooms are over-priced when compared to the quality of rooms offered by other hotels in the vicinity. The only advantage is that its location to Interlaken West Station.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close to my favorite pubs and very close to several restaurants, although there was not a view of the nearby mountains. The breakfast buffet was good.

Very pleasant hotel catering to the mass tourist market, central, close to Interlaken West station. No minibar, no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, otherwise very comfortable and quiet. Reception staff extrememly helpful, I was not charged extra for parking in the hotel's small carpark, but it was out of season. Excellent buffet breakfast included in the room rate. Shop around for prices, hotelclub was the cheapest, could have paid twice as much on other sites.

Good little Best Western hotel. Slightly over-priced maybe because it is in Interlaken Switzerland. I am satisfied at the two nights stay.

The hotel is located near Interlaken west station, abt 5-10 mins walk. There are many shops and restaurants around. Take note of the lift elevator in this hotel, very unique! Room is considered clean, but the toilet has odd smell. Breakfast is reasonable, but the service should be improved. If the hotel rate is lowered, that would be value for money.

I went there in extraseason, so the price was quite ok for Switzerland (80 eur/room incl breakfast). The hotel is quite in the middle of Interlaken, very nice.
