Top Quality Video Production
We have a team of professional cameramen and video editors to ensure the highest possible standards for our videos. Our videos are approximately two minutes long and include all room categories and hotel facilities including the lobby area, restaurants, and any other business or leisure facilities as well as exterior shots. As a medium, video can provide a much more accurate and in-depth representation of your hotel than any other form of content. This makes researching and choosing your hotel an easier step for potential guests.
Unbiased hotel representation
Our videos are objective and unbiased and are aimed to produce clear and helpful information for potential guests. We understand that every hotel is unique in its features and services and we like to give potential guests to your hotel a full picture before they arrive. You reserve a full “veto” right if you are not 100% happy with our videos before they are displayed on TVtrip.com.
No cost for you
We support all the cost of filming and production and we offer you the video to use on your website free of charge. There is absolutely no charge to you for the videos. TVtrip’s business model involves sending qualified leads to booking partner sites for people to complete their hotel bookings (affilation model). TVtrip does not sell hotel rooms directly on our own site.
The process
Once we have arranged the time and date for the filming of your hotel, TVtrip arranges for one of our professional cameramen to visit. Only one cameraman will come for the shooting to cause the least possible intrusion for your guests and your staff. The filming of each hotel takes on average 5 hours. We usually try to start early in order to shoot the breakfast room and because of the better luminosity. We can also schedule the shooting in the afternoon or at another time that is convenient to you.
We ask to have a contact person on the shooting day who can assist us in accessing the different facilities and rooms in the hotel. This person does not need to stay all the time with the cameraman. We ask to secure a date where the cameraman can have access to one of each main room categories (e.g. standard, deluxe, suite) so that each category of room can be filmed. If one of your facilities or room categories is not vacant on the day of filming we will not be able to come back to film them in order to include them in the final video. We therefore ask that you have all the room types available when the cameraman arrives.
