Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free schuttle takes guests to Time Square, it's a short 5 min ride or taxi takes you there for about $2 USD.

We were upgraded to a deluxe room but with single beds, these were quite small with not very large duvets. Rooms clean but small, same with bathroom, shower did not drain away so flooded bathroom. Location excellent for race course & other shopping & eating places. Breakfast good. Overall quite a nice hotel for a short break.

Price has increased since we stayed here last year (Nov 2006) and oue last room 2519 was the top floor, very hot and very noisey.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Fanatastic shuttle service at no charge. When in Hong Kong I will definitely be staying at the hotel again.

A very new and well-run hotel, with friendly and efficient staff. A good shuttle-bus service runs between the hotel and Times Square (MTR) and to the City Centre Airport check-in. Excellent views over WanChai skyline and Happy Valley Racecourse from our room. The breakfast menu is quite expensive, if not included in room rate, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. That aside, I can not fault this hotel and would recommend it as a good base to explore Hong Kong.

Have stayed at the Cosmo on numerous occasions, and always found first class service and facilities. It's the only hotel in Hong Kong where we will stay.

This is a brand new hotel, clean and spacious rooms and good staff. There is a tour desk with excellent staff. However, the Coffee Shop (and bar ) which they fetured in their pamphlet with a photo are not in existence and we are told that they have no plans for them. (false advertising) Staff direct you to the only expensive restaurant in the building where you are forced to buy coffee at exhorbitant prices.

The Cosmopolitan Hotel had an excellent type of service in all aspects. Location was average. It is located right across the Main HighWay. For personnel who like to walk to enjoy the area there is a long walk to go around the bridge and highway to get to the Hotel. I will stay there again any time as long as i have a rental

The hotel has reasonable facilities, especially the various shuttle buses are handy. However, getting into the hotel by taxi can take some time as the entrance is on a one way street. The location near the MTR station of Causeway Bay is convenient, and there are numerous small and bigger restaurants in the area. Certainly the staff did their best to make our visit comfortable, and were helpful with information on the various places we wanted to visit. We can recommend this place, and would stay there again if the opportunity arises.

The hotel staff was wonderful and will handle your every need the only problem I had with this hotel was its location. Although it had a shuttle service it wasn't helpful to me. MTR is a good distance away so if you like walking alot and know where you are going then it probably want make a difference to you. Otherwise it was a great hotel stay. I would stay again but it wouldn't be my first choice.
