Good hotel, and they offer free Internet access if you have your own laptop, if you don't you have to pay €5 per half hour to use the business suite, which doesn't make much sense. Due to the size of the hotel and the number of guests getting a table at breakfast can be a bit of an issue!

The hotel location is excellent. You're in the city, shopping center but also in the harbour, a small lake within minutes walking. There is room enough for two, the breakfast buffet was also very acceptable for the price. The view from our window was not the best, however. It looked to other hotel's building.

Good Hotel, currently many rooms are being refurbished. The refurbished rooms are excellent, the old ones are adequate. In our last visist (12-20 Aug) we had a refurbished room, great ! The only negative point is the air conditioning system, which does not seem to work in any of the rooms.

In my opinion the hotel was not as good as so many people said in their reviews. The food was not bad, but some stuff were not fresh, including fruit salad. The second thing that annoyed me was the lack of hygiene in the room. Sheets were not changed every day and I even found pillows with the hair from previous clients stucked in the closet. I would say that this hotel did not deserve more than 3 stars unless they improve the quality of their rooms, now almost everything is old. I do not recommend this hotel unless you cannot find anything better or more convenient. This hotel is very convenient and that's where it strikes the most points.

Cost of internet seemed to us a bit expensive, particularly as some other hotels we stayed at during this trip provided free access. Your staff were always couteous, pleasant and helpful. Well done!

We enjoyed staying in the hotel thanks to friendly receptionists who were ready to help each time we addressed to them. To our regret there was a lot of people in the hotel (holiday season) and we couldn't make use of all offered service. However, we'd come over again next time.

We had a very nice stay in the Presidentti. We were travelling with our 2-year-old, and found it extremely child-friendly. They have a play room and kids menus and colouring books etc. Brilliant!

i was a bit disappointed. the first receptionst at the counter was totally rude and uncaring. the rooms and the ensuite bathroom look as if they need renovation. all in all, i am not impressed.

Room a bit tatty but adequate. Breakfast a bun fight, many contenders for table space and food access.
