Opened in 2007 just 20 km (12.5 miles) from Helsinki, the Hotel Hilton Helsinki-Vantaa Airport is the only establishment to offer direct access to the terminal via a 100-meter (110-yard) covered walkway. It is a modern 6-story building with a glass façade. A business center and five meeting rooms with wireless internet access are also available.
246 contemporary, air-conditioned guestrooms feature a nutmeg and creme décor and include satellite television, wireless internet, parquet flooring and Scandinavian-style light wood furnishings. Hotel facilities include a fully-equipped fitness center and two Finnish saunas. Snacks and drinks can be purchased from the lobby bar, and the hotel restaurant serves delicious Finnish specialties.
