It is a very good hotel. Very clean and a spacous room, a good bed, nice bathroom, clean towels every day. Breakfast with every thing you can possibly want, if you are satisfied with a cold buffet. It is about 15 minutes from city center by U-Bahn U3 and you have shopping facilities in the Billstedt Center just across the road. Every thing from food to fashion, farmacies and footwear. We can recommned the restaurant Kartoffelhaus on Schiffbekerweg, 5 minutes walk from the hotel

We are a Swedish couple. Since we discovered Panorama Inn Hotel we have been staying there each time when passing to and from Sweden. And we will indeed keep on doing so. We appreciate its location close to the motorway, the indoor garage, the large and clean rooms and the varied breakfast buffet. The only negative thing is that German breakfast is too sweet and too fat for us and we would appreciate lighter products.

If you are not by car the location may be a problem, as I was by car it was ok, took 10 mins. from the city centre. There is only separated beds but it can be easly joint, however the staff don't let you know at the reception, when you get into the room and ring them let you know.

Excellent stay. The hotel was fantastic value for money, and much more than I had expected from a 'budget' hotel. Rooms (twin in my case) are spacious and with all the usual facilities. Breakfast was brilliant, with a large range of food on offer, and plenty of seating. There is a bar/restaurant directly outside called 'Einsteins' which serves up a large range of cheap but very tasty meals, and has tables outside which are very pleasant to sit at when its hot (and covered by giant canopies in case of inclement weather). As long as you don't mind being a bit out of the centre (bus/metro links in are easy), then I would give this hotel a big thumbs up!

the wireless power signal was too low at the second floor, the lunching room was too small for the qty of people hence was crowded in the morning, the entrance is not well indicated, took a while to the cab driver to find out the entrance (the parking is ok though)

Affordable, easy to find, clean. Bright rooms, enough space, toilets have bath. Not so close to the center, but metro is only 5 min walking distance. Buffet breakfast was great! Highly recommended for people who are limited with the budget and want decent place to stay.

Nothing fancy but more than OK. You felt very welcome there. Big rooms, comfortable and quiet. Furnishings were in good condition. Bath was ok, marble floor and walls. Breakfast buffet with only cold dishes.

A clean hotel with friendly staff and a reasonably priced underground car park. With the U-Bahn nearby it makes a good no frills base for anyone who is happy to use public transport to get into the heart of the city, about 15mins away. An excellent local shopping centre is across the road. The hotel is rather near a major road intersection, making it noisy to leave a window open for long, and as we had no control over the heat of the room we found it quite stuffy at times - and this was in October!

I must say that the service at the reception were amazing! i'm extermely happy with my stay, and looking forward to spend another night there!
