Have stayed in number of hotels during my several visits to Hamburg, but have to say that Panorama Billstedt Hotel came as a nice surprice with good clean rooms,perfect service, 4star breakfast, few minutes to city center and all this for prices no other hotel could offer in Hamburg on the internet, will stay there again.

Good breakfast, nice personal, very good car parking, easy exit to motorways. Location good if You are with car. For such price this hotel is more than good ! :o))

Really great breakfast! The hotel is located 10 minutes from the center but in a friendly and nice area. Lots of nice places to eat around :) and also all the other things that one might need during a holiday!

Everything was wonderful except breakfast on Sunday. They moved it to a different room in the hotel and it was not near the high quality as it is on other days. The stock of food was not kept up and there was very little selection as well as no toaster to make toast. Otherwise, everything was great!!!

Nothing fancy but perfect if your goal is to site see or shop. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful and their pub is lovely. You felt very welcome there and you could see that the staff really cared and were very dedicated to their jobs. Very home-like atmosphere.

Average Hotel located 20 mins away from the city. The underground station is a 5-7 minute brisk walk away By train, it takes 40 minutes to get to the city (7 minute walk, 3-4 minutes to buy a ticket and a 5 minute wait for the train before the 20 minute journey) But then considering the price saving, it may be worth it.
