The aircon was not working. I was told that due to the changeable weather conditions it was switched off but, I noticed that the aircon was on in lobby & breakfast area. This is totally unacceptable as this made for a very hot & stuffy week of broken sleep. If you opened a window the noise from the main road & station was very load. Very rude female member of staff when checking out.

hotel is conveniently located next to train station. however area is a bit tacky. easy transport to center of graz by tram. interior design of hotel is very good. minibar frdige was not working and was not repaired for the 3 night stay despite my repeated requests.

No shower curtain - couldn't take a shower without getting the whole bathroom wet
