We had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel and would thoroughly recommend it. The staff were very friendly and the rooms had a certain grandeur about them which, evocative of more glamorous eras.

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff. The location couldn't be better because buses outside or could walk, easily, to all major sites. Parking by hotel staff in underground carpark was reassuring. First rate and at an unbelievable price due to your 3 for 2 day bargain. Thanks Bob Waller

Located on the edge of the Albayzin (with car parking facility), easy walking distance to everything! Old town, new(er) town, tourist bus, shops, cafes, Alhambra etc etc...Staff made our stay perfect...great recommendations and friendly faces! We had the most wonderful time.

as we only hade one night reserved, direct at our arrival we tried to prolong our stay with one night. first they told us that they hade rooms but we hade to contact the agent, after an hour they sad that the agents qute for the 18th of april was used up and we have to pay normal rate (double of what we paid) Best regards Carl Freiholtz

Nice location, you can walk to all major sights. The public bus is also near. Rooms are large and comfortable and windows keep the car noise out. Warning: the square outside attracts drunk party-goers late into the night (and you can hear their shouting), take a room away from the front. Only hassle we had with our room was the heat, no matter what we did with the thermostat the heat would go up. Despite numerous calls, no one from the hotel came to take a look. Overall, I recommend.

We found this to be almost 5 star, staff very attentive. The rooms very well decorated and furnished. The air conditioning worked very well and was needed in August. Well situated, within walking distance of everything and as a bonus a moorish arch within view from the front room windows. Would recomend asking for a room with a view over the Triumfo sq.

Excellent Hotel. Rooms were very well decorated and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and the price was great. I've stayed in more expensive hotels and got far, far less for my money. This hotel will be a regular stop for us whenever we visit Granada. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

We really liked this hotel overall and thought the location was great! Our room was large, very nicely furmished with large bathroom and balconies overlooking a small square. Although our room had a TV, it offerred no English language channels. Reception staff could have been more helpful with information on nearby events, but were professional. Highly recommended.

The hotel was scrupulously clean but the service generally was anonymous/impersonal - certain individuals were courteous enough but one didn't feel like it was a home away from home. On the first day our room wasn't ready - and on the last night our counterpanes and cushions had disappeared. We couldn't be bothered the hassle of complaining. Location good.Out of 10 - 5 - a mediocre hotel at a good price. Next time we will pay the extra and go 5 star.

Nice hotel. Got a fabulous deal thru [your website], about $135(Aust) for a double room in a 4 star in Granada! If you're going to Spain don't miss the Alhambra.
