Very beautiful, right on the road to the Alcazar. Rooms large and beautiful. A particularity: If you want to park the car in the garage, you can't do it by yourself, because there's no automatic gate.

the personnel should learn a little beat to speak french because sometimes it was difficult to have a real communication with them and I was disappointed by the fact that they could'nt changed my room because I could'nt had a view on the swimming pool and I know that all the rooms weren't occuped.

Absolutely great hotel, reasonably located for the Alambhra. Staff are absolutely fantastic, especially with kids, I will definitley come back. The pool is great and the short walk into town is pleasent and a great way of seeing this fantastic spanish town. Again I will be returning a gain with my family as there is still lots to see!

We requested a top floor room, we were given a second floor room and were told this was the only room available. We were asked to pay for parking, we told them this was free with Venere and they said they would have to speak to the Manager. The car was left outside the hotel but was not garaged, hence no charge was made. The overall attitude of the reception staff was unhelpful and miserable. Some floors were completely refurbished, the floor we were on seemed to be untouched. The bedroom on your website is not what we were given.

Competititively well priced hotel in good location let down by very unfriendly reception staff. On arrival, we had to wait outside our room while it was being cleaned out and the cleaner forgot to put in new toilet roll!. Our room AC did not work properly and also the patio overlooked noisy building work (our view was basically next doors crane), a request for a better room was meet with very unfriendly NO shrug of the shoulders from the lead receptionist who could not even muster a smile or give us welcome friendly greeting on our arrival. The advertised hotel car park is very limited and further more it cost 10 Euros a day to park (very expensive for Granada)

we enjoyed the balcony of the room, but.. they should be protected in the evening from the lights that are directed on the buildings. The lights are blinding you and you have to sit down with your back to the lights but than you can not enjoy the outlook.

We would definately stay in this hotel when returning to Granada. Although a walk into town it was well worth it as you are also away from the traffic which I can imagine to be very noisey in town. The pool was excellent.
