Only one complaint really, we were at the front of the hotel and consequently it was quite noisy with the traffic, we should have asked to move rooms, but did'nt. Apart from that enjoyable stay.

The first room we were given was at the back of the hotel, with unsightly views, and no room to walk. However after complaining the next morning, reception happily moved us to a much larger, cleaner room. We were shocked at the difference between the rooms. Breakfast was very good and included in the price. The hotel was away from the centre of the city, taking about 10 mins to walk into the main town. Book Al-Hambra before leaving as bookings are difficult to find when you're there. Staff was generally helpful.

Good value for money and not too far from nice shopping areas 10-15 minutes walk. Handy for Cathedral area and restaurants. Excellant breakfast. Would certainly come again.

Very nice hotel, almost near to the centre (10 to 15 mins by feet). The rooms are quiet, but the view is not exciting. Great Breakfast. The swimming pool is smaller than it appear in the picture.

The pool was out of action and we were given a number of different stories when we tried to find out why. Firstly, we were told by the hotel that it was being worked on, then when we telephoned HotelClub, they investigated and were told that all the hotels in this chain in Granada had closed their pools due to bad weather!! and when we arrived, the hotel informed us that it was not summer despite it being 34 degrees. Not impressed! As there was no where to sunbathe in Granada, we ended up paying 100 Euros each way for a taxi to take us to the beach. Had we known, we would not have booked this hotel.

Staff and facilities were excellent as was the restaurant. Room was very clean and we had a lovely stay. Parking was dissapointing, I think that at 12€ per evening to park in hotel that offers no alternative is poor, as it was our Toyota Landcruiser was too big for the parking garage and we spent an hour trying to find a parking space elsewhere. In the end the we left it on a no parking zone and the Valet park it for us later in the evening, which was most kind of him.
