The hotel was very clean. The service was excellent and very friendly. The hotel is right downtown, which is great because you save a lot of time. However, the room was very small, the bed old, uncomfortable and squeaky, and the shower cabin rather small. The room did not have a phone or a TV set or a night lamp. There was also no Internet in the hotel at our disposal (one computer near the entrance area would be a start!). I paid around € 40 a night and did not even get a small breakfast with it. I have been to better youth hostels for a lot less money. The problem is not the staff (they are absolutely great), but the infrastructure.

Room quite small and noisy (mine was on Gran Via), but really clean. Good Position and nice people (none of them speaking English, unfortunately), I would suggested it.
