I really liked this hotel. Great location - great room - great bathroom! I do think it's a little cheesy to charge for wireless internet, but at least it worked in the room (not like other hotels where it only works in the lobby). Service was very competent except for one rather brusk, unpleasant guy. Overall very satisfied.

Our confirmation from venere stated the room would be available from noon but in fact the room was not available until 2 pm. The reception staff were very nice about this but we had planned to get into the room when we arrived.

To put it plainly, we would like to return there. The hotel is ideally situated in an small street with hardly any traffic and many small terraces. The bus stop from and to the airport is within or 500 meters. Many objects of interest and many shops are within walking distance. Near the hotel there is a parking at about 12 euro’s a day. There is internet at 1,50 euro for half an hour. In the TV-room you will find coffee and tea for free. Staff is very helpful. We had a large twin room (nr. 225) with a rather large bathroom with a small bath tub. The room is very good soundproofed so that you can hardly hear anything from outside. The beds are broad with solid box-spring mattresses. The room and the bathroom are perfectly cleaned. There is a table, a mini-bar, a clock-radio and a TV with, apart from the Spanish channels, has only two German ones and BBC. Breakfast is good and plentiful but not special, but for those who love English breakfast there are scrambled eggs and ham too.

excellent! Friendly and helpful welcoming. Very easy to find from downtown. Place to recommend: room of the 4th floor (Alhambra panorama) Navas street supplies a lot of restaurant where it is possible to eat high quality tapas To come back if again in Granada.

Good convenient hotel with many small tapas bars in alley behind. Restaurant was nasty with cigarette smoke so I wouldn't have eaten breakfast there even if it had been included.

Great location in Granada--walking distance to to everything (including the bus to Alhambra. The staff were terrific-- very helpful. They also have valet parking.
