Booked a room witha double bed but were given one with twin beds as no double beds were available. Told that booking a double bed did not guarantee it !? The hotel made no effort to give us a room with a double bed for the other two nights - we did not press this point. However I would have thought that what you book you should get. Otherwise the hotel was very good.

One of best European hotel rooms ever. Very spacious and bathroom was great. Hotel has own parking garage next to hotel. In historic part and not a very far walk from the historic sites.

I stayed 2 nights and was very satisfied. The hotel and services provided were exactly as indicated on the VENERE website. If you book through VENERE, this place is a very good deal (I paid 60€ per night instead of the 150€ regular rate). Please be aware of the 20 minute walk into town, though.
