Wireless hot spot was not very good (2nd floor by the lift), needed to sit on top of it before a decent signal was gained and that wasn't very good.

Excellent evening meals in the hotel restaurant, which stays open late. A good selection to choose from. The tomato soup was superb. On the negative side there was a poor selection of alcholic drinks to choose from.

Lack pf Airconditioning, room decore from the 60's. Room TV was 14 no english channels only CNN. Resturent food was good, but sevice was poor. Small single beds with only a comforter for the top blanket..

Very smooth and quick checkin and checkout, and the shuttle service to Frankfurt airport is invaluable. We weren't aware of the shuttle service until we arrived at the hotel and found it very useful. The hotel room was spacious and quite comfortable, and the continental breakfast buffet, which opens at 6 a.m. was well stocked with good fresh foods.
