We stayed here at the end of the winter season so the price was extremely reasonable. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was wonderful and the location was excellent. I thought it might be loud being so close to the train station but it was much quieter then I expected. I could hear the trains come in but the sound wasn't enough to keep me up at night. I believe the Savoy Hotel is the best deal in downtown Frankfurt (nice 4 star hotel at a very reasonable price in a good location) I will definitely recommend this to my friends as a place to stay while visiting Frankfurt.

Very close to the railway station and in walking distance from city centre. A little bit old style. Good and diverse breakfast. Swimming pool and sauna avalable.

I expected lot more from a 4 star hotel. Clean, breakfast was good, and once they upgraded us the free mini bar was nice. The rooms are very, very small. For the price, you can do lot better somewhere else.

Unfortunately, this hotel has no easy access stairs, witch would have been a needed supplement for slow elevators.

While the location is superb - across from the main train station, few minutes walk to river, festhalle, and red light district; the hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay. We had small children and the hotel placed us on the floor under construction with tools lying about. Air conditioning is also a room upgrade. Breakfast was great and diverse. Overall a great pick for a couple looking for a central location with good city access.

Excellent location. Brilliant breakfast. Friendly staff. Rooms on front noisy with traffic. Room had a bath as well as shower.Easy to navigate town from here. Would stay again.

Extremely noisy, windows had to be opened, no air conditioning temps up to 30 degrees C. Staff not prepared to organise room changes to solve the above problem despite us paying top Dollar Rate.

The breakfast buffet was quite extensive. The location (near the Hauptbahnhof) is perfect, especially if you have an early departure.

Good location, clean and tidy hotel, front desk staff a bit stern looking. Our room was clean but had been built next to the lift shaft and was very noisey when the lift was in operation. The room it'self was not accommodating for a twin bedded room as the two beds were in an L shaped room so one of the beds was unable to see the other person or the TV etc. Shower and toilet facilities were fine. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in any German city. Would stay again but would demand a different room location. Would score it a 7/10.

There is no aircondition in the room. So at night it was very hot.
