It provides very nice breakfast and the receptionists are quite friendly. They even provided universal power adaptors which was very important to us.

Good example of TNB (trust no body). Reception was asked to check availablity of attraction in Stuttgart. Adivised member that it was available, member went to Stuttgart, attraction closed E200 loss. Same reception was supposed to organise city bus tour. they/tour operator got the days wrong, despite written confirmation of booking - member made to feel at fault by both- no apology from either - Don't bother going to Frankfurt
