great location, approx 5-10 mins walk from the xmas markets!, no bar in hotel and room was very basic but spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly. if i was staying there again i would ask for a suite room in the newer part of the hotel, they are much bigger than the ones in the older part.

No bar which was a disappointment as the area was not very nice to go walking about in late at night..my pillow actually smelt and I could not sleep on it the 1st night but the housekeeping staff did change it..there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom and the breakfast was not the best also as we were leaving at 6.30am we were told that we couldn't have breakfast that morning as breakfast didn't start until 7am..

The location was good for me because it is close to the Main Railways Station but it is surrounded by sex-shops and in the evening, you have to cross all sorts of night-going people... As far as the price is concerned, I found it somewhat expensive. Fortunately I had a room behind perfectly quiet.

- Breakfast service was the only thing that didn't work well. In our three nights staying, there was always a lack of some food, service was slow (waiting for the food to be brought to the breakfast table).

Very near to the station in a good wide shopping street with a market on Thursdays, (the red light district is on the streets to the left but did not spill onto Kaiserstrasse) The rooms were bigger than the norm and well equipped and clean, staff very efficient and friendly

This area near the main railway station is often described as sleazy due to strip clubs and sex shops all around the place. But we were not bothered by anyone, and the hotel itself is very clean, we had a good sized room, air conditioned, good bathroom and an excellent breakfast. The location is very handy to everything and they let us check-in at 7AM for no charge when we arrived from the airport. Recommended.
