I was pleasantly surprised to get a spontaneous upgrade of the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Construction works at the hotel were stopped in the early evening, so minimal disturbance of the peace. To have the possibility to take a hotel dinner in the park outside the hotel is a clear bonus!

The location of Le Meridien Park Hotel is ideal if you want to travel by train to other destinations, as it's less than 3 minutes walk from the train station. It takes you around 15 minutes to walk to the city centre which is easily accessible through trams, buses or the tube (2 stations only). At night the area is the same as any area which is close to a station, though not dangerous at all. The rooms are spatious, clean, with wooden furniture and a desk if you need to work. The lounges, restaurants and bars are superb and the price for the quality is amazing.

I reccomend that you try to stay in the original part of the hotel. The rooms are very charming...but small. The hotel is very convienient to the main rail station but demands a brisk walk to other sights in the city.

Some confusion when my roommate checked in, he was asked to pay! A good 15mins before he was able to checked-in. Not something we wld expect fr a 5star hotel. The room was pretty small but the plasma TV was impressive. It broke down twice during our 7days stay though. We rented a car but was not advised it's a hotel policy to pay for carpark eventhough we were guests. This never happen in all my stays in 5star hotels thro'out Asia. Overall, satisfactory but would like to try some other hotel in our next visit.

my desapointments was renovation of fitness club. therefore i could not use it at all. hotel was nice but i expected Meridian. so what i would like to say this is not sheraton, this is 4 points level of room where i stayed.

The Meridien Park Hotel used to be part of the Mövenpick group. (My first visit dates from about 1987!!) This has set the standards from the start and the hotel is still top notch for me. The booking via the website made the price for my latest stay very attractive as well. Services and restaurant both superb. The self-service breakfast is a glorious start of a busy working day and almost reason enough in its own right to stay there. Heartily recommended.

My wife and I were very pleased with the Meridien hotel. Our stay was a pleasure as the facility had a terrific location, the staff was well trained, very accomodating to our needs and we did not have to worry about the little things. In short, our brief stay in Frankfurt was enjoyable in part to the way the Meridien manages it properties with the customer in mind. thank you.

It was a lovely hotel, close to the main train station and a short walk from the shopping area. The buffet breakfast included in the price of the room was excellent. The room was a good size. My only criticism was the location of room was a bit noisy. Otherwise, it was an excellent choice for us.
