Internet connection in rooms or wireless available everywhere will be good. The reception hot spot is ok, but will be more convenient to have it in the rooms.

My boyfriend and I were visiting Frankfurt for the first time and spent a great deal of time looking for a suitable hotel. We where glad we chose the Miramar.We arrived during the night but the staff were very welcoming. We were looking for something central to most sites, comfortable and clean and the Miramar Hotel did not let us down. We were not spending a great deal of time at the Hotel so facilities were not a priority. The staff could not have been more helpful and the location was brilliant - we were within walking distance of pretty much most things. I would definately consider using the hotel when I visit Frankfurt again.

Great position within walking distance of all shops in the centre of the city. Only 100 metres from the Christmas Markets in December. Great value.

The staff is stupendous - Friendy, helpful, responsive, well-informed, even nurturing - clearly proud of this special small hotel . The location is superb. This is a top notch outfit where the luxury is not so much in the accomodation ( fine but not fancy) but the mood of the place, ceated by the esprit des corps of the staff. The lady on their night desk is a peach---I arrived late and exhausted and her demeanor put a completely different spin on the whole trip! what find! I'll return and recommend Miramar!

We loved this hotel! The price was excellent. The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and the location was perfect, a 2 minute walk from the plaza. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the city.

Again, no voucher has been given and there is not any directory at all when I landed in Frankfurt airport. I have no idea how much I have been charged and now I need hotel receipts but do not know how and when I can get them? Greater variety of breakfast provided, that is better. I went to Hilton Hotel, Frankfurt, to send my e-mail, that is about 20 minutes walking from Miramar.
