Excellent location for transient guests. Only negative comment concerned the quality of the towels. However this is a common fault in many hotels.

This hotel is located in a very quiet wooded area, yet only 15 minutes from the airport and accessible via the shuttle provided by the hotel. It has many American amenities with a touch of Europe, but not the Gasthaus feeling.

I was upset by the receptionists who do not understand the computer booking system and charged me twice. Only after I showed the computer printout broght with me, before she decided to check with her manager. It is really very annoying to find out that even Holiday Inn does not know your service through which we, travellers, often use to ensure a room is reserved. Ms. Fernandaz was particulay unfriendly. She never apologized for her wrong doing.
