This is an ok staying if you just want a bed and breakfast. The close surroundings are not the nicest, but its near the city.

The room smelt horrible because the carpet was so dirty. The bathroom needs to be painted. It was the most expensive hotel in our trip to Europe.We spected more. Nevertheless the location is good and also the breakfast.

excellent location (near the Zeil and S+U-Bahn station), clean, very good breakfast, the service at the desk was very kind and helpfull! one problem - a big sex shop is located near the hotel, it was a bit of a problem for me - a young woman travelling alone because of all the men outside. Other than that - I was very pleased.

the staff at the reception was kinda dull in their interaction with us...they seemed very reluctant to interact...maybe coz we din understand each other as they only spoke german...though they would help u oncethey understood u but their expression was unfriendly...neva saw that smile that reception staff generally puts on

A small comfort hotel tight to the main shopping area, 25 minutes walk from the opera and Römer square. Rooms are tidy and spacious, if compared to quality rating. Relaxing atmosphere without disturbance. Good, solid continental breakfast. Moderate pricing. No lounge or other meals than breakfast. Good hotel for ordinary tourists.

ACCOMODATION WAS VERY DISSAPPOINTING. COST WAY TOO HIGH FOR STANDARD OF HOTEL. NO SERVICE TO SPEAK OF. NO AIR COND. VERY NOISY. SUPPOSED TO BE NON SMOKING BUT BEDSIDE DRAWERS HAD BEEN USED AS ASHTRAY. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Our family - 2 adults and a 15 year old - stayed here for 5 nights. We chose the hotel for its location (not near the train station which is rougher neighbourhood) and to get a triple room. The hotel is very clean, although somewhat small. Our room was quite adequate. Its location was very near the metro, and in a commercial district. It was a 10 minute walk to the Romer and about the same amount of time by metro to the train station. The breakfasts were good, although the breakfast room was small.

The room was smellling so much smoke. Whenever we left the room and come back, we met that smell. The timing of room service was not so good. They were leaving the hotel (coming outside) so early that if we didn't wake up early we were missing that chance. The restaurant was so small. One morning we went downstairs for 2 times for breakfast and we were back because there was no free tables.
