Elevator was not working when I checked in....and I was given the 6th floor. No commitment of when the elevator would be repaired. Internet connection was paid by me but the slowest non-working connection I have ever experienced. Room had clumsy and old furniture and very small.

All rooms with showers - none with a bath. No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms. Excellent breakfasts.

A good hotel within walking distance of most sights and close to a little supermarket and the main railway station. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was nice. Good for a couple of nights stay.

We were at room #605 and to take a shower was terrible due to the weak flow/pression of water. Also the breakfast room was too hot (high temperature) being uncomfortable. Suggestion: A better air conditioning system during summer times.

This is a neat hotel located within 5 minutes walk from the train station. It is typical of Best Western hotels. The hotel is clean and breakfast is adequate. Staff are friendy.

This hotel is currently in the unfortunate position of backing onto a major construction site, thus making all rooms at the back of the hotel very noisy. Otherwise it is in a good location, close to the train station and within walking distance of shopping areas, the Rommer Square, the art gallery and other popular sites. The room was small but adequate.

I suppose this hotel was a typical 3 star hotel, its cleanliness was fine, the room was cleaned every day, however the carpet was covered in stains of some sort and the window curtains were yellow and reeked of smoke. there was an air-conditioning unit which we were informed of that did not work and no replacement was offered

something i wasnt aware of was the fact that it is situated beside the red light district which could be a bit intimidating at times when there with a lady!
