hotelclub price much higher than 'off street' rate (my first experience of this!), unfriendly reception staff, unable to assist with location of /how to get to various local attractions. Room 'seedy' to say the least! cigarette burns on most furniture. bed linen questionable.... my first really bad experience out of many excellent hotel stays through hotel club. one redeeming feature was clean,pleasant pool area.
